How our Mauritius visa process works
We use a transparent five step process to take you from initial enquiry to approved Mauritius visa and arrival on the island. There are no surprises - every step has a fixed price, clear deliverable and realistic timeline so you can plan your move with confidence.
Step 1 - Free 30 minute discovery call
We start with a free, no obligation call to understand your circumstances - nationality, income, family, profession and timeline. We explain which Mauritius visa pathways realistically apply to you and answer your initial questions. Nothing is charged at this stage.
Step 2 - Paid eligibility assessment
Before you commit to a full package, we run a formal eligibility assessment for a small fixed fee, ranging from USD 49 to USD 149 depending on visa complexity. You receive a written report confirming whether you qualify, what evidence will be required and any risks to address. This fee is credited against your full package if you proceed.
Step 3 - Choose your package
Each visa pathway has three transparent packages - Essential, Premium and Concierge. Essential covers preparation and submission. Premium adds proactive case management and direct consultant access. Concierge adds full arrival and settlement support including bank account opening, tax registration and property search.
Step 4 - Document collection in your client portal
You receive secure access to your personal client portal. Your dedicated consultant uploads a tailored document checklist, you upload evidence as you gather it, and every document is reviewed and approved before submission. You can message your consultant directly inside the portal.
Step 5 - Government submission and arrival support
We submit your application to the relevant Mauritius authority - the Economic Development Board for occupation permits, or the Passport and Immigration Office for the Premium and Retired visas - and follow up until decision. On approval we coordinate your arrival, biometrics, residence card collection and (on Concierge packages) settlement services.
